OMHC Ride and Drive

Setember 19th 2009 - Whister's Morgan Horse Farm, Appin, Ontario

 

The 5th Annual Ride/Drive/BarBQue was a tremendous success!

What a truly wonderful day!  Bob and I want to thank everyone who participated in the 5th Annual Fall Ride/Drive/BarBQue and made it such a resounding success.  Val and her crew  - thank you so much and that cake was amazing!   Thank you Linda, Tara and Sarra for taking the photos.  Saraa deserves extra big hugs/thanks for helping me get our 4 girls ready for the ride and helping out with prep work around the farm! 


We had 9 Morgans (7 under saddle, 1 buggy and 1 combined driving), 2 QuarterHorses, 2 Arabs + 1 Paint!  The weather was perfect and there is nothing better than having the opportunity to get to know people and also catch up with your friends while riding your horse!  And while eating great food!  We had over 30 people for supper and the potluck was amazing. 

Again, we can't thank enough all of you for taking the time to come out for us.  For those of you who couldn't make it, please plan for next year!
